Alicia Oltuski's work has appeared in Tin House magazine, TheNewYorker.com, W magazine, Glimmer Train, McSweeney’s Internet Tendency, NPR Berlin Stories, Narrative magazine, Catapult, and, in book form, as Precious Objects, a Barnes & Noble Discover Great New Writers selection. She holds an MFA in Creative Writing from Columbia University, and has taught at Politics & Prose, The Bethesda Writers Center, and First Person Arts at the University of the Arts. She resides in the Washington, D.C. area.
